Madeline is 1 month old!

On Christmas Eve Madeline turned one month old!  Can you believe it?  One month sure went fast!  We almost forgot to take her picture with her elephant but managed to get it done before bedtime.

She seems pretty excited about her new friend, the elephant.  Lately she has been awake more during the day and finally realized that baths aren't a bad thing.  I think she actually enjoys them now.  The kids are still obsessed with holding her and want to see her all the time which can be challenging at times.  We went for her one month appointment today and she is doing great.  The doctor said just keep doing what we are doing.  I think the third time around we are definitely more relaxed and confident that we are doing ok.  She now weighs 10 lbs., 1 oz and is 21.5" long.
