Birthday Celebration!

We had Claire's Birthday party today so I thought I'd share a few pics.  

6 more days till her big day but we decided to celebrate early since Grandpa O'Donnell was in town.  

It was a small party, just the four of us, Grandpa O'Donnell, and Otis of course.

I made her a princess castle cake and a little star smash cake.

She really didn't know what to think of the little cake.  I thought it was odd that the baby that puts everything in her mouth was hesitant to put a frosting covered star in her mouth.  I gave her a little taste but she wasn't loving it.  Smashing it was more fun and then she was ready to move on to the presents!

Blake thought it was his birthday of course so he had to help with the unwrapping.  

Claire didn't seem to mind too much.

Thanks Grandpa O'Donnell!  I love it!

I think she will be spending a lot of time playing peek a boo!  

She loves to open and shut all the windows and the door.

We are going to Pittsburgh to celebrate some more with the Murray side of the family!
