That's a wrap

I can't believe that Christmas is over already.  I think it is because we didn't have snow this year so it seemed a bit strange compared to our blizzard last year.  Snow for Halloween and not Christmas?  We had a fun Christmas with lots of visitors and actually hung up some lights outside.  Blake and Claire had a continuous flow of people to play with for over a month.  First the Murray side came to visit and then the O'Donnell side of the family.  Blake is still winding down from all of the excitement.  Somehow I didn't get a lot of pictures of all the visitors, I guess we got caught up in all the fun and didn't stop to grab the camera!

Blake loved making Christmas cookies with Mom and Grandma Murray.

Claire was amazed by all the presents and colorful paper on Christmas morning.  

She didn't really care to open the presents, she just wanted to crawl over them.

Happy to have a new toy!

One of Blake's presents was a basketball hoop.  He was so excited he stopped opening presents and just played basketball for a while.  He informed us that "ake is a basketball guy" about a hundred times that day.  Christmas morning was a lot of fun, Blake understood it a little more this year so we had fun watching him open his gifts.  Every gift was for him of course, even if it had Claire's name on it.  I don't think she will agree to that in the future but he got away with it this year.

We attempted a family picture but Blake wasn't really into it.  

I think he had more important things to do like play toys!
