Cravings - Lemonade (same as last time), Slurpees (this is a strange one that I have only given in to a few times, it really grosses Ben out.).
Things I avoid - Coffee (this is a strange new thing I didn't have with Blake. I haven't drank coffee in any form since about week 6 or 7. Even the smell of it makes me nauseous. Hopefully this will go away once the baby is here because I used to enjoy a morning or afternoon cup of coffee.), Chocolate wasn't very desirable during the second trimester but thankfully that has passed (I even turned down homemade chocolate chip cookies several times).
Morning Sickness - I feel like this time around it was much worse. I felt sick during the entire first trimester. It wasn't just in the morning either, I felt crappy from the moment I woke up till I fell asleep. Thankfully it went away around week 14.
How I am carrying - Most people have told me I am all out in front like last time. Looks like a basketball to me and from the back I don't look that pregnant, at least that's what people say but maybe they are trying to be nice?
Blake's horse is giving my belly a kiss. I still think he has no clue that there is a baby in there.
We are sporting our green for St. Patrick's Day today.
Well, I can't wait for the official poll . . . I'm casting an early vote and I'm saying it's a girl this time! So, there you have it!
ReplyDeleteYou look great Caroline and Blake is probably wondering what is going on. It's not much longer now!
Love,
Dad/Grandpa
Duh . . . I just saw the poll. Looks like we have other votes for a girl. It must be a girl, then!

Grand Uncle Arn thinks it's a brother for Blake. Great Aunt Kathy thinks it's a sister. Split decision.
