Colorful Colorado!

Hi everyone, Caroline and I were on a little adventure last weekend, and yes it took all week for her to get me to post these pictures.  We went to the wedding of our friends, my old college roommate Zach Simpson, and his wife Kenzie Grubitz (they're in the picture towards the bottom).  The wedding was in Durango, CO, so Caroline got to experience 5 hours of flying and 6 hours of driving at 30 weeks pregnant.  And she did really well actually.  She claims that we had a lot of turbulence, in any event the baby didn't enjoy landing at Midway, and neither did Caroline!  The flights were broken up with a stop in Chicago, so we got to get out and stretch a bit, and then we stopped a lot along the way and took pictures of the beautiful scenery.  The pictures below are from Wolf Creek Pass just before you get to Durango, it was really pretty.  Caroline's not a big fan of the mountain driving, being in the passenger seat on a mountain curve without a guard rail isn't her idea of fun apparently.  We had a great time at the wedding, I saw a lot of old college people, and we actually got to stop in Colorado Springs on the way back and check out the campus.  There was no snow this time though, it was actually really hot, typical Colorado weather!  Oh yeah, in the picture below Caroline is just turning over the 31st week, and coming Monday, it's 32 already!
