It seems like Claire is having a lot of "first" moments these days. She is growing up so fast I can hardly keep track of it all! Sometimes her "first" moment has resulted in a "last" moment which is good and bad I guess. For example her first time crawling out of her crib by herself resulted in the last night she slept in the crib (we turned it into a toddler bed). For some reason I thought she could still nap in the pack n play until she proved that theory wrong. I went to check on her during nap time one day and she had climbed out and was on the floor "reading" a pregnancy book, I guess she liked the pictures of babies in it? She just looked at me and said "Self! Self!". I know you did it yourself but how did the thing not tip over? Needless to say that was the end of the pack n play naps!
First Haircut on Sunday, she didn't really need it but Blake was getting a haircut and I thought we better do something to make it look less like a mullet. I didn't want her to look back at pictures someday and say "you let me walk around like that?" I would hope this would equal the last time anyone will think she is a boy but I think we need a little more hair before those comments stop! Grow hair Grow!

They had fun pretending though.
Now that Claire doesn't sleep in a crib anymore she has decided to jam herself into the baby doll crib every time I leave the room.
This little girl is keeping us on our toes for sure! What will she think of next?
