Mr. B is Three!

Blake told us this morning "When I went to bed last night I was 2 and when I wake up I am 3!"
He was more than a little excited for his birthday today.
We had a dino theme this year because his other favorite thing besides horses is dinosaurs!

Our little cook wanted to help bake the cake so I had an assistant, he was a great mixer.

I had to take a picture of course because the time to make it was a lot longer than it took to eat it!
I am just happy that Blake actually ate his cake this year!
He has discovered the wonderful world of chocolate and there is no turning back!

Sometimes he refers to himself as "Blake Dino Dan" (like the tv show) so today we had a dino hunt.
We hid mini dinosaurs and he had to search for them, it went over so well he wanted to play over and over again.

Claire was feeling a little left out during the present opening so we let her try on Blake's new coat.
For some reason this made her very happy.

Blake got some new sports toys so we spent some time testing them out.
Dad was trying to give Blake some baseball tips!
The only thing Blake insisted on was that he could wear his hat backwards like the kid on the box.

Batter up!

Then a little soccer

and then hockey with dad.  Watch out Colorado College, we may have a new player for you!
(Blake didn't really know what hockey was but he was really into it once he figured it out)

Happy 3rd Birthday Blake!
Love you!
Mom, Dad, and Baby Claire
