Kisses From Otis

I received a complaint that Otis did not have enough of a presence on the blog so I thought I would share some video of Otis and test out how to post video to the blog at the same time.  Otis heard me playing back the second video and thought I was talking to him.  He came over and sat next to my chair and looked at me like "where's the carrot?".  I hope this works!
